WES EU Online Evening Cup #10

We would like to present you the 10th tournament of  WES EU Online Evening Cup series, which will be held on this website on July, 27th, 20:00 WES. This tournament series is set to develop the skill level of European teams and to improve the training process. Moreover a spirit of competition is always better then a boring pcw. Good luck to everyone, you'll need it!

Tournament prize-pool:

1st place - VIP accound for the team + EU pcw server from Bouncer for a period of 14 days

Rules:

Dates - July, 27th
Start - 20-00 WES
Tournament System - Single Elimination BO1
Official IRC channel - #wesgg on QuakeNet;
Tournament Servers - your server (suitable for both teams). If you cannot find your own server, the organizes will provide you with 1 of 8 bouncer4you servers (Frankfurt);
Tournament grid - available at www.wesgg.com 
Official map - de_dust2; de_inferno; de_nuke; de_train; de_tuscan (you can see maps by tours in Menu Additionally in CUP)
Official Anti-CheatCustodia (match ID is created and informed to all players by one of the team-leaders);
Tournament Organizer - KerchNET_ReD (email = progames@kerch.net; STEAM: KerchNET_ReD)

HLTV - All teams are obliged to inform their server IP + password + server rcon to their referee. Match may not be started untill HLTV is connected (WES HLTV);
Server administration - Captaine of team is the only person authorized to admin the server (restarts, map change, pause). Pause can be taken at the start of the round and may not exceed 2 minutes. There may be not more then 2 pauses per match. Team captain must inform referee about all pauses happened.
Disputes solving - The referee in the only person authorized to accept the disputes. All disputes should be submited within 15 minutes after the match. 
Player personal information - Each player has to record POV demo and make a screnshot (32 bit smoke verification) at the betinning of the match or if he was kicked from the match when TAB was pressed.

Important rule - nicknames in game + STEАM ID should correspond to nicknames + STEAM ID set in the player profile on the website!

After the game
 - the LOOSER team must enter the game result on the webpage. This should be done by a team's leader in team leader's menu (article - game result). The ones who will not enter the result or will enter a fake score should be banned for 3 tournaments. The winner team should monitor the valid result entry and report to the head admin. Otherwise the winner team will be banned for 1 tournament.
